The savior of our world stood alone against the whole world and, remarkably, within two centuries the entire empire submitted. A majority opinion doesn’t make it right.
So says traditionalist bishop Robert Duncan of Pittsburgh, in a Newsweek interview about the ongoing battle, in the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion, over homosexual bishops and same-sex unions. (Hat tip: T19)
It seems pretty obvious which of the two opposing factions is, in Bishop Duncan’s words, “the whole world … the entire empire.” (Hint: It’s not the modernists.)
