The main reason I haven’t been posting as much here lately is that I’ve been working on developing some interactive contract forms in Adobe PDF format. At my business Web site, Pactix.com, I’ve posted beta versions of a Nondisclosure Agreement form and a Master Services Agreement form.
Each PDF document contains both short-form and long-form versions. You can interactively configure both versions by checking boxes and filling in blanks.
And as you do, you’ll automatically be generating a summary page of key terms and conditions, for handy future reference.
